Your community’s security partner
All Southpigalle technologies are built with privacy by design – all profiles, messages, content, and other data are never shared with third parties. Every user has the right to request access to their data and to have their data removed from our servers.
Our platform uses algorithms developed from the result of extensive Artificial Intelligence research.
Advanced encryption and security standards
When you access Southpigalle technologies or the Superapp®, SSL/TLS technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption in transit. Data is encrypted at rest, passwords are never stored as clear text.
Safeguard community access
Securing your Superapp® community is easy with multiple options to manage user access: using our own access code process, SSO connection using our client’s directory server technology, multi-factor authentication and much more. In all of our products, we use Auth0 technology to authenticate and authorize users, ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality for our users and clients.
Users can request a download of their history from any Southpigalle technology or the Superapp® at any time. Access to user data by the Southpigalle and Superapp® team is strictly regulated and is performed for troubleshooting purposes only at the request of the user. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request access to your data or learn more.
Secure cloud infrastructure
All files are saved with AES256 encryption in an Azure dedicated cloud and access is highly restricted to select individuals inside our organization.
In order to provide our clients and users with the best security experience, we perform an annual pentest to proactively ensure security and address potential vulnerabilities – the results of which lead to the continuous improvement of our technology. Clients can access our pentest results by contacting us at email@example.com
